Milwaukee M18 Impact Kit

This is an insert for the Milwaukee Packout Organizer (48-22-8430). The left side is designed for the Impact Socket Set (49-66-7009). The right side holds one 5aH M18 battery (48-11-1850) and will be used to hold a 3/8" Drive Impact Wrench (2960-20). 

Remixed from this Packout insert, the only thing I really kept was the overall shape of the build, as I didn't want to take the time to do the measurements myself. I have also included some splits of the files where you can verify tolerances with your socket inserts and battery to see if you need to scale the files up or down a little bit depending on your 3D Printer. 

I used similar print settings as the original work. 

Printing is in progress, will add pictures once they are complete and in the organizer. 

PRINT SETTINGS:

-tree supports on (auto)

-top z distance 0.2mm

-3 walls

-5 bottom layers

-5 top layers

-10% infill honeycomb

The .3mf has these settings saved within the project. It is setup for the A1 with AMS and a 0.4 Hardened Steel Nozzle on a Textured PEI plate. Colors are Set for Black primary with Red Text and Upper Sections. You may need to make some adjustments based on your plate, nozzle, and filament. Total Filament is about 1.6kg
