102.5mm x 46mm Mounting Bracket for Numax Leisure Battery Charger 10A
This model includes two versions of a custom-sized bracket designed to securely hold a Numax Leisure Battery Charger.
Both brackets feature 4mm mounting screw holes for easy installation.
Standard Bracket (v1): A simple, flat-sided version ideal for mounting at the center of the charger.
Bracket with Retaining Lip: Features a raised lip that grips the charger at the ends for improved stability. This version provided the most secure fit during testing.
I printed my brackets using FilamentPM CFjet (carbon-fibre reinforced filament based on PETG) or stiffness, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. The added rigidity helps the bracket hold its shape under load.
Both models are easy to print and offer a reliable solution for organizing or mounting your charger in a workshop, vehicle, or leisure setup.
