This model adapts the Vernier Dual-Force Sensor (DFS-BTA) into a functional force plate. I made this originally for an adapted egg-drop experiment to measure impact forces from dropped objects, but it can also be used for simple weighing tasks.
Compatibility
First of all, this model is designed around the second-iteration wired DFS-BTA Dual Force Meter like the following image:

It may also fit the newer Go Direct Force and Acceleration Sensor (GDX-FOR) or the older, more square first-generation wired Dual Force Sensor, but I have neither to test.
Assembly
Top Plate: Requires one #6-32 screw (unfortunately no direct metric equivalent), approximately 10 mm in length, to secure into the existing standoff.
It is also possible to use the thumb screws from the Vernier Rotary Motion Sensor – used to attach the Rotary Motion Sensor to a ring stand
Bottom Plate: Uses the original black Phillips-head plastic screw supplied with the sensor.
Alternatively, the model can be used without the base plate and mounted to a retort stand, as per the sensor’s original intention.
Print settings used
PLA
4 wall loops
20% gyroid infill
Default Bambu tree supports (for screw inserts)
Optional ironing; I did concentric ironing on all top surfaces.
