This is a simple hanger that fits the holes on a Makelangelo V5 from www.makelangelo.com
This is nothing offical from Makelangelo but I just wanted to hang it over my door.
You need two of them. Print on their side with some support for the buttons. Maybe up the paremeters to 3 or 4 for strength.
There is a parameter for the door thickness at the top of the openscad file.
I printed it in PETG but PLA would probably be fine as there is not much weight on it.
