This is a twist-and-lock magnetic connector designed to join two PTFE tubes and make filament switching quick and reliable.
The connector consists of two parts that are twisted together (twist & lock) and then secured with integrated magnets. This prevents accidental separation while printing but still allows fast manual changes.
One connector half is mounted permanently on the printer-side PTFE tube. The second half is mounted on the PTFE tubes of the different filaments. For each connector, only one PC4-M6 and one PC4-M10 pneumatic fitting are screwed into the threaded parts, and the PTFE tubes are inserted as usual.
Additionally, a magnetic holder is included. It allows unused connectors or filament PTFE tubes to be stored neatly in one place and kept ready for quick changes.
The design focuses on simplicity, reliability, and clean filament management.
