90 deg angle guide for a Milwaukee 6034-21 corded sander. This MIGHT fit other sanders if they share the overall dimensions ( 70mm handle diameter etc. ) but that is untested. I have included a profile .stl so you can find out real fast if its going to work.
I made two versions, one with a handle and one without. printed in PETG and PETG Carbon Fiber. lots of supports needed, not a super easy print for me but it came out pretty good.
additional hardware:
2: 1" 1/4-20 cap head bolts
2: 1/4-20 nuts (they stay in the holes but are pretty loose, I didn't want to fight them to get them out if needed.
Notes:
The 3D print comes out square but the handle of the sander is rubberized and NOT uniform so you might need to square it a bit. For mine I needed 2 pieces of blue tape on the bottom edge, and checked it with a 1-2-3 block.

However I don't THINK? its a remix as I designed and modeled it 100% from the ground up for an entirely different device... might be wrong here REALLY don't know the rules...
