This construction is powered with some small electronics therefore there a multiple non printable parts.
the parts non printable parts are as follow.
- continues Servo motor (I used a TD-8120MG, but size is same as MG996R). Continues indicates the type of servo you should get.
- ISO M3 nut and bolt
- Small electronic circuit (Depends on servo)
Print settings
Printer: Prusa MK3S+
material: PLA (I used Transparent red and glow in the dark because i had that laying around)
Supports: not needed for any of the parts
print “hanger” 5 times
For the electrical circuit I used a very easy circuit that would output a 5V PWM signal.
I used a PWM module (https://www.tinytronics.nl/shop/en/switches/mosfets/pwm-mosfet-controller-board-5v-35v-5a)
You can use a Arduino to power servo motors (but check the voltage use of the servo and the amount the Arduino can deliver. A Arduino Uno, MKR, mega etc. can deliver up to 5V volt but the nano can only deliver 3.3V!)
If you're unfamiliar with Arduinos or servo's this is a pretty clear guide for how to do it.
