Just a basic handle for the end of a snow shovel. This shovel had a 34mm diameter wooden handle. The model has features built in to increase the strength around the hole, so you can print with 2 or 3 walls and be fine. I used .28 layers, 15%, 3D hexagon infill, printed in PLA, and it seems to be plenty strong enough. YMMV
I printed it vertically with 'normal' supports inside the handle. When I printed with tree supports from the build plate, I had the support break and the handle got messed up. Again, ymmv.
Scale the stl file to fit your shovel, or modify the step file in a CAD program to the size you need. I also included a 'test fit' file so that you can print several sizes to try before settling on a size. Even after picking a size from the test fits, I suggest you print roughly 12mm (1/2") of the handle and stop the print for a final test fit before printing the whole handle.
