Update: Glued tubes into base with UV resin, now they don't slide and keeping membrane tension, later considering to do snap fit type.
This is some fully playable musical instrument, i found similar ones but made it differently to be (almost) modular to print and then build. There are holes on sides of notes holder, made for later adding something to support putting on desk. Here's a demo: https://youtu.be/UkaxNdXENc0
There are some that it's inspired by, one is this, others not found the link. https://makerworld.com/en/models/1182643-slapaphone-finger-piano-2-octaves#profileId-1193174
For note holders, there's 2 octave +1 key (25 keys) which is recommended for full size but is big, need atleast 30x30cm print bed and should be rotated 45 degree before print to fit on table. There's also 1octave and half octave sizes for testing. Only the 2 octave has support holes to put something into, diameter 6mm. Tubes inner diameter is 18mm and 1mm thickness, 2mm distance between each white key, bit more distance for blacks. Recommended to print notes with PLA or PETG for being non-flexible, and the base with TPU for comfortable flexibility and to avoid additional noise when playing, and also to fit tubes tightly. WARNING! notes holder has 20mm holes for tubes, and tube outer diameter is too 20mm, if printing holder with anything other than TPU must enlarge the holes otherwise it may not fit! Can do enlarging of holes by horizontal hole expansion in Cura for example. I hadn't included all the stl files for each key, but included document for their sizes to scale and print, they are of standard pipe sizes similar to other pipe instruments, shortened by 0.3x18mm=5.4mm to compensate actual wavelength being longer than the pipe. There's a 0.2mm membrane on bottom of keys, but i see it works better with plastic bag like materials for membrane instead of printing.
This is still work in progress, let me know how to improve and suggestions! Main issues: Sound being too quiet, uncomfortable for clicking notes (may be better with rectangular keys instead of circular), membrane losing tension sometimes and must be pressed again to tighten.
