this my attempt to recreate the Spintastics axle sleeve for the hurricane/manta ray yoyos. the designing process took many tries as l only have 2 of the original wooden axle sleeves from my own hurricane and manta ray and the measurements of these parts aren't consistent with one other because of wear and tear.
parts require gluing together as its a 3 piece design to make printing easier/smooth.
all parts were printed with my a1 mini with a .4mm nozzle.
Spintastics axle part 1 v5 with the 3 pieces will be .33in wide when glued.
Spintastics axle part 1 v1 with the 3 pieces will be .31 wide when glued.
all files were printed with PLA but l found the PLA melted easily due to its small size so l recommend experimenting with different filament types to see which works best
