19" rackmount for the MS-01 (probably the MS-A1, but untested) that does not require you to dismantle the case.

Sure, racking these in 1U would be nice, and there is a reasonable model available that can do that though it has a load of mesh errors.  Removing the case is a hard no for me though, something about that does not sit right, mostly because i'm concerned about EMI. But also, you've a 19" rack, why you worrying about using 2U out of 42U?  So i designed this.

There are 3 parts.

One MS-01 shaped hole without keystone.
One MS-01 shaped hole with keystone.
One blank.

They can be mixed and matched to fit either side. just mirror in slicer before printing.

Hardware equirements are pretty simple.

Qty 4 - M3 x 16mm cap head bolts.

To bolt the two halves.

Qty 2 - M3 x 8mm cap head bolts

To bolt the MS-01 case to the frame

I printed with PLA, face down, 20% infill.  I'm not using any brass insets to bolt the two halves together as i don't see the need. The 16 mm cap head bolts are really just used to support the weight since the rack nuts bolt the finished result to the rack.

You will need to remove two screws from the MS-01 case. You will replace these with the longer 8mm cap head bolts to secure the case to the mount, allowing you to still use the tool-less mechanism to access the inside of the machine.

The version with keystone also has enough space for you to mount the PSU if you wish.  I used 3M VHB tape to secure mine.

Enjoy!
