The center of gravity is roughly aligned with the candy cane to make it possible to hang without it tilting too much to one side.
Printing:
It's a very easy print. The only thing you need is a well leveled-bed.
If you want an extra-smooth top surface you can use "Ironing". In PrusaSlicer this option is found under "Infill".
If you want the part that touches the print bed to be visible instead, remember to mirror it (or just flip it upside down).
It's recommended to use a red filament to match the candy cane colors, but other filament would of course look good as well.
