If you are like me and never throw away an empty filament spool in orde to repurpose it then here's an idea. Create a lamp from the classic (no OpenPrintTag) Prusament spool. The cardboard center cylinder is replaced by a diffuser and a washer is added to make the assembly fit a standard E27 lamp socket.
The beautiful 3D Honeycomb infill complements the honeycomb structure present in the Prusament spool.
The height of the diffuser can be decreased by simply using the Cut tool in Prusaslicer.
Parts List
A classic (no OpenPrintTag) Prusament spool.
A light fixture like a standing lamp with a E27 lamp socket.
Printed parts: Diffuser & Washer.
Notes: The design is such that the assembly does not require additional fasteners.
Printing
Fill Density: 5%.
Fill Patern: 3D Honeycomb.
Seam Position: Random (Aligned results in a very visible seam).
Support: None.
Filament: Any transparent filament will do.
Assembling
Remove any light bulb, diffuser fastener and diffuser from the socket.
Put the Washer on the lamp socket.
Add one spool side.
Screw back the diffuser fastener.
Place the light bulb back in its socket.
Slide the Diffuser on top (it is a tight fit so some force could be required).
Add the other spool side.
