The original Shelly wall switch frame did noch match the others I have, so I made my own. The frame clips onto the switch like the original.
The frame has a size of 80x80mm, 9.5mm height. The edges are rounded with a 3mm radius.
The inner gap matches the size of a the Shelly wall switch but does not follow the exact contour. The Shelly switch is slighly curved, this frame has straight edges.
For strength reasons I had to split the frame in 2 parts. The base frame and the clips. Print 2 clips and superglue them onto the base frame. There are gaps for allignment.
I recommend printing with arachne wall generator. I printed my frames in PETG and spray painted them in the color of my existing frames.
