A pair of solid hooks so I can hang my ladder from my ceiling (floor joists). This is a relatively heavy 32' extension ladder. I have the hooks facing opposite directions, and I use the extension/contraction of the ladder to align and lock it in place. If your ladder is not extending, you can likely use the same size hook for both ends.
I printed this with 30% infill and 5 wall lines, and its plenty strong (I can hang from the ladder)
There are holes for #10 screws, though I'm sure other sizes would work.
