I was super interested from a brand's aluminum machined Keychain and got me thinking if i can manage to 3d design and print a model as close as possible to that. I made it, it works flawlessly :).
After many attempts those below was my reliable printing settings.
0.15mm layer height
Brims enabled
Perimeters 4 lines
Minimum shell thickness 2mm
Avoid crossing perimeters
If you are printing together print 1 by 1.
Those settings are recommendations to have ultra reliable results no matter how old your filament is. Feel free to experiment.
