While model 773920 (playmobil-castle-trap-door) is a full new trapdoor, I opted to replace only the hinges.
I removed the old, broken hinges using a knife and then glued the new ones in place.
(And yes, the white looks not-so-good on the trapdoor. I'll paint it someday. The 6yo doesn't mind, though.)
