A flange to fit to HVAC UV bulbs to mount to HVAC casing. The UV system that I bought (vevor) originally had flanges on the bulbs, which i used to mount to the HVAC case. I couldn't find any replacement bulbs that were the right wattage with the flange, so I bought some without a flange and printed these for mounting. I'll use some JB weld two part epoxy to fix them on the bulb. Fits like a glove on the LSE Lighting 36002018 UV Lamp #20 | 25W Replacement Bulb. Added chamfers to help with elephant foot and sliding the bulb in.
