A simple clip-in internal bushing for any (mainly cardboard) filament spools. It's works with spools with an internal hole diameter of 55mm. Like spools from Polymaker.
I recommend printing the part in PETG because it has lower friction compared to most other materials. Other then that no specific print settings required.
