I printed aaaamd "Sunlu 1KG Spool Drawer" but a few things did not work for me. I used OnShape to upload his STEP files and did a few changes and re-uploaded them...
==> His files includes both the Old Black Sunlu Spools (V1_Old Black files) that has 8 holes and the New Blue Sunlu Spools (V2_New Blue files) that only has 6 holes. So the old black version has 4 drawers and obviously, the new ones only has 3 longer ones...
I brought a few adaptations to the files:
- DRAWERS:
- I uploaded them to be printed as a whole (3 and 4 drawers) but in case only one had to be printed, I uploaded them also as a single drawer print to make it easier!
- SMALL PINS UNDERNEATH:
- after printing them they were kind of falling out too easily... so I duplicated the small pin on the top and printed them on the side and used CA glue to place them on the bottom so they old from both the top and the bottom.
- RING & CAP:
- the the files had the Ring and also the long Screw but the files printed them fused together... So I separated them.
- you have the ring that can be printed for every Spool stack!
- then I shortened one to create a Cap on the top of the stack of spools... I uploaded it as a whole Full half ring and the cap but you need to have supports !! I also uploaded them as two files so you print the cap ring then the small lid to be glued again with CA glue on the top so no support needed!
- SCREW:
- the long screw (130mm) that came with it actually can stack 3 spools on top of each other by printing two additional rings.
- then I shortened it if you only wanted one spool only (74mm)
- lastly I did a 48mm and a 55mm long just to add the cap on top of of the spool(s) to hold them nice and snug
