Back case with openable battery cover, and magnetic mount.
Won't work for model with "Contactless Smart Card Reader"
For BATTERYCASE and MAIN, there are hidden magnets slots inside the model.
Stop the printer during the printing process to insert magnets (60x10x3 mm Amazon Magnet).
Use strong glue to install these magnets tight inside the print parts.
M3 Metal rods are used as threads that connects the main body with battery covers.
M4 TC4 Nut for motorcycle as insert for smaller holes in MAIN part
M5 TC4 Nut for motorcycle as insert for larger holes in BATTERYCASE
Insert them from the designed holes and use a hammer to tap them in. Some glue is also important.
The Lock part should be printed in metal and install some spring to push the lock's tongue out.
I printed the all plastic parts in PPS-CF and it works well.
Seems I forgot to upload the power button piece. I will do a quick redesign and upload it.
