35mm Film Bulk Loader

Assembly requires:

• 2x M5x45mm screws + nuts

• 2 short M3 screw with nut

• one side adhesive foam 2mm height

• superglue

• lightproof tape (optional)

First glue Body and Body2 with super glue, then cut two pieces of adhesive foam and stick it to gate parts (so it touches when you push gate parts together with gate slider). Assembling crank is as simple as screwing the 2 parts together. Also glue M5 screws in place. 

I didnt trust "lightproofness" of 3d printed parts so i taped inside of cap with aluminum tape as well as whole bottom side of the loader. To be sure i also taped any gaps with electrical tape, after loading in reel of film.

Usage:

• Tape empty film cassette to film and prepare crank into cassette

• TURN LIGHT OFF

• Open gate (push screw attached to gate slider towards you)

• Crank 30 times (approx 36exps)

• Close gate (push screw the other way)

• Cut film with scissors

• Repeat
  

I have yet to have problems with the design.
Gate parts can be modified to fit different height of foam.

Edit after using for one whole bulk film:
I didnt had single issue with loader design, no light leaks, no scratches, my setup with foam is working great (on closed gate its difficult to pull film through, on open gate it goes smoothly).
