This is my version of an ergonomic printbed / build plate scraper. It is desigend to go easy on your fingertips even when pushing hard to loosen your model from the buildplate.
The wedge has an angle of 20° and a smooth transition to the handle. All edges your fingertips get in contact during cleaning the build plate are rounded for a convenient handling.
Total filament used is below 10g.
I printed in PLA with layer height 0.2mm, using variable layer height in Prusa slicer to reduce it for the first few layers to about 0.14mm. This improves the surface quality and the strength of the wedge. On a MK4S it takes about 25 minutes to print.
