I restored a vintage 1950's Gerstner 052 Journey Man tool chest and wanted to make custom pull knobs for the drawers. I had this shape bouncing around in my head and decided to draw it up in OnShape. Printed out a test part to get an idea of fit and finish. I eventually turned the knobs out of brass on my Logan lathe, for the restoration project.
The pull knob is .500'' diameter by .400" tall. The screw hold is designed to fit a #5 3/4" stainless steel flat head sheet metal screw, that I got at Ace Hardware. This link shows reference. https://www.epco-sales.com/fasteners/screws/sheet-metal/flat/fssspfsm0506
