This is the third iteration of a design I did for the Air Venturi Avenger. The v2 model was shooting 1/2" sized 16 shot groups with unsorted JSB 25.39 grain pellets at 41 yards outdoors. This model is equally accurate and a bit quieter. I think better groups are achievable with sorting.
You'll need the STL and two O-Rings. The O-Rings are not required but I think you'll be more successful with them as they help to center the insert into the Shroud tube. The O ring dimensions are 1/2 x 9/16.
This is a three baffle design which is about 186 mm tall so your printer will need to handle that. Of that 186mm; 124mm extends beyond the shroud while 62mm are inside the shroud. There is a 12.7 mm stand off from the muzzle on the outside. That may, or may not depending upon your fill fittings, be enough for you to charge the gun without removing the moderator.
This design will work for anything .25 caliber or smaller. Very quiet.
