Parts
Xiao ESP32 C3, this is the main processing unit
25 LEDs per tile, I used a cut up strip of WS2812b LEDs
25 ping pong balls per tile
150 wires, to connect all the LEDs together
4 M3 threaded inserts per tile
4 M3 bolts per tile
2 M3 bolts per connection of two tiles
2 M3 nuts per connection of two tiles
Assembly
Insert all the threaded inserts into their holes on the backside of the 3D print
If you have printed multiple panels, attach them together with the M3 nuts and bolts
Hot glue all the LEDs into their holes on the back of the 3D print, pay attention to the direction of the LEDs, Use a serpentine patterns
solder all the LEDs to get her
Glue on the Xiao ESP32
Solder the first LED in the chain to the xiao
Screw on the back panels
