Quick Lock AA & AAA Battery Travel Case

Stop carrying multiple containers for different battery sizes. This Quick Lock Case is a precision-engineered storage solution that securely holds 2x AA and 2x AAA batteries in a single, compact unit. Whether you’re swapping batteries in a high-drain camera flash or a small headlamp, this case keeps your power organized and protected with a rugged, tactical aesthetic.

Key Features:

  • Dual-Size Support: Custom-molded slots specifically designed to provide a snug, rattle-free fit for both AA and AAA sizes simultaneously.

  • Tactical Ribbed Finish: The vertical ridges provide a high-friction surface for easy retrieval from deep bags or pockets and add significant structural strength to the outer shell.

  • Quick Lock Technology: The heavy-duty cap utilizes a rail-based locking system that stays shut during transit, unlike standard plastic hinges that can fatigue and snap.

  • Terminal Separation: Individual recessed bays ensure that battery terminals cannot touch, eliminating the risk of accidental discharge or short-circuiting in your bag.

Installation & Fitment Tips:

  • Orientation: Print both the body and the cap with the openings facing UP.

  • Snug Fit: This case is designed with tight tolerances to ensure zero rattling. If the cap is too tight on your first print, try adjusting your "Horizontal Expansion" by -0.1mm or simply slide the cap on and off a few times to wear in the rails for a perfect "click" lock.
