Terra BCAR

I wanted to try a BCAR with less porting to squeeze a little more performance out of a blaster with a vorpal barrel, so I threw this together. It ended up more compact than the Celestial BCAR (fits an extra row of bearings in the same profile) and gets to use properly distributed bearings on the Countertwist variation. May also be a little stronger and easier to print for some folks.

This also is compatible with the Celestial BCAR shrouds (with spacers before or after if you use the shorter versions) and uses a similar naming scheme for the cores:

TerraBCAR, bearing arrangement (Counter, Helical, Straight), mount type (Lynx, O ring, plastic Tension), crush, angle

Prints with no supports on its nose

Hardware:

• 9-15 f683zz bearings

• 9-15 m3x10 screws; these can be longer, I used m3x10 flat head screws, but others should work

• (optional) 3 o-rings for the o ring mount

Notes:

• Make sure the flanges face away from the head of the screw to get proper flange alignment and contact

• Back off once tightened to make sure you aren't pinching the bearing

• The top bearing in the first stage collides with the stubby muzzle on a Nekomata Lynx. An extra set of cores with the core rotated 60 degrees is provided to address that issue.
