Summary

For assembly, you will need:

• 10 screws М3*10.

• 1 screw М3*25.

• 11 inserts nuts M3 (OD 4.5 mm, length 4-6 mm).

The slots for the screw heads also allow the use of regular pan head screws from your local store.

Print Settings

Layer thicknesses for head, body, base and fender details can be varied from 0.15 to 0.25 depending on your preference and printing duration. The number of perimeters for the head and body is at least 2, for the base at least 4, for everything else from 3.
Eyes, windshield, nose and rims are best printed with a layer thickness of 0.1 - 0.15 mm, for a more even surface.
The wheels are available in two versions, for printing with elastomers (TPU) or solid plastics (PLA, PETG). For better print quality of tires, you need to enable the function "Avoid crossing perimeters" function in PrusaSlicer or "Combing" in Cura.
To print wheel bearings, it is necessary to reduce the flow to 95%, set the layer thickness to 0.15 mm, and randomly place the seam.
Most of the parts are printed without supports, they only need to be included for the head, body, windshield and fenders.

Upd. Bigjeffrey did a great remix of the base. Now there is no need to reprint it if the body mount breaks. In addition, it eliminates the bug associated with the fact that the rear wheel fenders interfere with attaching the body. I recommend using it 👍
