Summary

For assembly you will need:

Print Settings

  • Rafts: Doesn't Matter

  • Supports: Yes

Notes

Need to print:
2 – Eye
2 – Fender
2 – Insert
2 – Fork
2 – Fork shell
2 – Arm
4 – Bearing
4 – Tire
4 – Rim
The rest are in a single copy.

Layer thicknesses for details can be varied from 0.15 to 0.20 depending on your preference and printing duration. The number of perimeters for all parts 3.

Eyes, nose and rims are best printed with a layer thickness of 0.1 - 0.15 mm, for a more even surface. Turn on "Ironing" when printing a windshield to make the top surface smoother.

The wheels are available in two versions, for printing with elastomers (TPU) or solid plastics (PLA, PETG). For better print quality of tires, you need to enable the function "Avoid crossing perimeters" in PrusaSlicer or "Combing" in Cura.

To print wheel bearings, it is necessary to reduce the flow to 95%, set the layer thickness to 0.15 mm, and randomly place the seam. After printing, lightly lubricate the bearing with WD-40 and rotate it several times. If it still rotates poorly, then reduce the flow to 90%.

For parts of arm, base, body1, cap, rim and fenders, turn on supports. For the Body1 and Cap parts, set up forced supports for the cutouts at the bottom of the parts. The bridges may bend and the contact between the parts will be loose.

Parts Arm and Fork shell should move over each other with little effort; if they move too tightly, then reduce the flow for Fork shell by 5%; if, on the contrary, it is too easy, then increase it.

At the front of the model there are quite voluminous forks, as a result of which the center of gravity shifts forward, so for forks it is better to set the infill to 10-20%. On the contrary, print the backpack with an infill of at least 50%.

The Сap and Flashlight can be connected in two ways. If you want to leave the possibility of parsing, then print the version with thread, if not, then use the version without thread and just glue them together.
