The hinge of my wife's Leifheit Pegasus broke on one side. I looked at existing parts, but found none that i found suitable. There are a lot of designs that are in one part, but this weakens the part one way or the other. I made my replacement part in two pieces. IT IS IMPORTANT TO PRINT THE ARM UPRIGHT AND NOT ON IT'S SIDE. the two parts interlock. I put them together with hot glue and a screw. The hole for the screw is in the drawing so i does not need to be drilled. The screw cannot be longer that 25mm (the length of the head of the screw excluded)
In the picture i had to use another screw because i didn't know how to remove the iron rod from the original hinge. The trick is to push it out from the inside out. The iron rod isn't threaded and can be pushed through. So now you know.
Printing is best done with petg or other strong material. No supports are needed for printing these parts.
