Why buy 50 baluster connectors at a big box store for $15 when you can print 99 for about $8.
The model fits inside the 3/4" baluster. Other models partially fit inside with a 1/8" rim that doesn't fit inside. The model is made to fit snug, but not overly tight.
This model was printed with 6 wall loops and 75% infill with PETG for strength. I've used an impact driver to install screws and have not broken one yet. The model is sized to fit using Deckmate screws.
