If you are looking for a reliable way to organize your reef tank without the need for expensive or potentially corrosive magnets, these custom-designed CoralFrag hangers provide a practical and secure solution. I developed these as an expansion of my previous CoralFrag system:
I have included two distinct versions: a compact single-rack holder and a wider triple-rack version that maximizes your available space along the aquarium rim.
I have specifically designed the hanging hinge with a generous clearance to ensure it fits comfortably over standard tank frames and rims. By moving away from magnets, you also eliminate the risk of internal magnet housing failure, making this a safer long-term choice for your delicate reef environment.
Beyond just holding the racks in place, these hangers are engineered to improve the health of your corals. The geometry of the bracket slightly angles the CoralFrag racks, ensuring that your frags are directed toward your primary light source. This optimization helps in achieving better PAR distribution across the rack, promoting more uniform growth and vibrant coloration.
