This is a replacement rubber foot for a 1907 Smith Premier 5 typewriter.

This is a replacement rubber foot for a 1907 Smith Premier 5 typewriter. It should work for other Smith Premier typewriters, including the Smith Premier 1, 2, and 4, but YMMV. In my instance, the holes for the back feet are a little wider than the front ones. So I adjusted the diameter of the pegs appropriately to ensure a snug fit.
Print settings:
I used Siraya Tech Flex TPU - 85A Filament
Shore 95A TPU is too hard.
Softer TPU should work as well, but I haven't tried.
85A gives decent grip on a smooth surface.
I fed the TPU directly to the extruder, no PTFE tubing.
Use 50% infill at least due to the tall shape.
I designed the height of the feet to give enough clearance in the specific case of this Smith Premier 5, which features a decimal tabulator in front. Shorter feet will work for machines which don't have that tabulator system.
The design of the foot is based on rubber replacements I had obtained. I am not entirely sure of the shape of the original feet as those are often not shown on pictures, and in real life are often squashed due to wear. But functionality the cylindrical shape works.
