For magnetizing, I recommend 60 mil flexible magnetic sheets (I haven't added them yet in the pictures). I am using Dragon Shield matte sleeves for the regular sized cards, and BCW "Continental Postcard" sleeves for the large format cards (these sleeves are slightly bigger than needed).
For the token container -- use 10x2 mm round magnets, and for the token lid, use 10x1 mm round magnets (unless you opt to use the noMagnets version, then the lid will hopefully stay held in place by the 10mm pegs).
