Base for Alienware Aurora Desktop PC

A 20 cm tall base to place an Alienware Aurora Desktop Computer. Due to the overall length of the computer, the base needed to be constructed in three (3) pieces that interconnect seamlessly.

NOTES

• Due to the size of each block, I recommend using the following Slicer specifications:

  • ~30% "Lightning" infill. Anything else will use a lot of filament but the pieces will be a lot stronger and heavier.

  • 7 top layers to compensate and have perfect finish due to Lightning infill.

  • 7 bottom layers again due to the Lightning infill there will be a hollow box mostly; recommend checking the sliced object's preview and adjust accordingly.

  • 5 wall loops for the same reason as above.

• Overall base dimensions are 440 x 196 mm and 200 mm tall.

  • If your printer cannot accommodate this height, using your Slicer's tools you can easily "remove" some height by cutting the bottom horizontally or similar operation. The pieces will still connect perfectly.

• Used PolyLite™ Metallic PLA Pro to match the computer case and give it a slight simmer.

• All three pieces are printed on my custom Voron 2.4r2 (350 x 350 mm).

If there is enough demand, I may redesign it for minimum infill with internal hollow structure to replace the infill, but still can be printed.
