Printing from the dryer with a 4 mm PTFE tube didn't work for me - the tube sucked through the rubber plug and jammed.
I made these simple plugs that push into the rubber plugs, and pneumatic fitting screws in to secure a PTFE tube.
The PC4-M10 adapter has M10x1.0 threads and 14mm hex faces.
Running the Sunlu E2 at full temperature will deform even ASA - I printed mine in PA12-CF.
I updated to concave tips - much easier to insert filament into the adapter.
