This ruler folds from 12 inches to 6 inches. Be aware; this requires some non-3D printed hardware and needs to be assembled.
Parts Required:
Two 2x18mm Stainless Steel Dowel Pins
Four BT2x8 SHCS (Self Tapping Screw)
Optional: Two 4mm x 2mm round magnets
Assembly:
Step 1: Print and gather all of the required parts:
Step 2: Insert the pins into the hinge:
Step 3: Bend the hinge and insert it into the main bodies and screw it in.
Step 4: Adjust the screws to adjust the tightness of the hinge. That is all! Enjoy using the ruler for all of your measuring needs! Optional: insert round magnets into the bottom cutouts!
