Strapped Box V1

This box uses straps anchored to the bottom and top for hinges and latches to prevent layer separation under heavy load.  Larger boxes have a handled top option.  The Field Box-Bottom Shell InnerTabbed doesn't work with the Field Box-Top Shell Handled.

Printing Instructions:

Snug paint on Snug supports are required in the horizontal sections under the shells.

Assembly Instructions:

1) Slide the latches into the anchor keyholes at a 45 degree angle until they are at the proper groove, the rotate the strap into the side of the box.

2) If you are using the 3 Hinge Split Pins, insert the center pin into the center hinge straps now.

3) Install the retainer plates fully for all straps - they may need to be tapped in with a punch and hammer.

4) Insert the remaining two Hinge Split Pins or the extra Latch Split Pin into the hinge straps.

5)  Insert a Latch Split Pin into the  Bottom Latch Straps rotated so that the flat side is against the flat section of the hole through the latch protection tab that is close to box wall.

6) Insert a Latch Split Pin through one Top Latch Strap. align the Labelled Latch and pass the pin through its hole and through the other Top Latch Strap.
