This is a case for Colonel Panic's OUI SPY that includes SMA antenna and USB socket holes. There is a built in channel under the OUI SPY for cable management. Use the included wedge to help secure the PCB in place. Everything fits best if you make sure to orient the OUI SPY as shown in the photos. The lid is directional and the three notches should go towards the antenna hole. I included a photo of the USB-C socket type that the hole was made for.
