This is a replacement rubber foot for an Underwood "SS" typewriter from the 1940s.
Print settings:
I used Siraya Tech Flex TPU - 85A Filament
Shore 95A TPU is too hard.
Softer TPU should work as well, but I haven't tried.
85A gives decent grip on a smooth surface.
I fed the TPU directly to the extruder, no PTFE tubing.
This design is based on the original feet of my Underwood "SS". The feet have a metal cup on top, and a wide-profile rubber part underneath it. A screw holds everything together. There are some features of the original foot that I reproduced in details, like the top, but as I didn't want the use of supports I modified the bottom of the foot.
The orange parts on the pictures are made of PLA for prototyping.
