Remixed the excellent stand by @JakJak to simply add a Steam Logo to the front.

EDIT:  1/12/2026 - After printing the original file from @JakJak I found the tolerances on the dongle slot version were way too tight for my dongle. Maybe my printer isn't tuned and maybe the 2C controller dongle is a different size. Either way, I widened the hole to improve clearances. The dongle is not press fit but rather drops into place, but since this is just going to sit in one place that's fine for me. I also widened the finger hole so it's easier to reach in and lift the dongle out, and made sure the dongle doesn't stick out and push on the controller.

I have reuploaded all 3 original files with the reworked dongle slot and also a version of the stl with just the improved dongle slot.

I recommend printing this with the following setting tweaks to improve the look and save filament:

  • Seam Position: Back - Since this display obviously faces forward, hide the seams in the back.

  • Seam Joint Scarf: Contour and hole - Nonetheless, try to make the seams smoother - I briefly skimmed the instructions here, probably could be better

    • Conditional Scarf Joint: On

    • Conditional Angle Threshold: 115

  • Wall Loops: 4 - More loops means more stronger, and I saved a bunch of time on infill for what doesn't need to be a very strong part.

  • Sparse Infill Density: 15%

  • Sparse Infill Pattern: Lightning - This infill combination cut my filament use from 161g down to 97g for two stands, and cut the print time in half. The final result is the bottom of the print is a little bit soft, but it doesn't need to be strong!
