FlexFold Wallet — screw less, single‑piece 3D printed wallet
A minimalist, Ridge‑style card holder that needs only printed parts plus elastic bands. No screws, no glue, no sandwich plates. Just a cleverly shaped print and two bands that lock in by wedges and friction. Built for easy printing, quick assembly, and real daily use.
Uses only ~20 grams of filament, making it lightweight and quick to print.
What it is
FlexFold Wallet is a compact card holder inspired by popular modular wallets, redesigned to be truly 3d printed and hardware‑free. It works with common Ridge‑style accessories and keeps your setup simple
Printing requirements
Material: PETG recommended for durability
Layer height: 0.15–0.20 mm
Infill: 100% for maximum rigidity
Support: Usually none needed. If your printer struggles with bridging then minimal support is needed
Elastic band requirements
Larger Band: Minimum length of 175 millimeters
Smaller Band: Minimum length of 70 millimeters
Adjust the length of the bands if you prefer to carry fewer or more items.
Assembly Instructions
Cutting the Slots:
Larger Band: Measure and cut 8mm slots approximately 6 millimeters from each end of the band.
Smaller Band: Measure and cut 8mm slots approximately 7 millimeters from each end of the band.
Placing the Bands:
Larger Band: Begin by threading the larger band through the designated holes or slits on the wallet as show in the below pics. These holes are precisely sized to create a friction fit, ensuring the band stays securely in place.

Smaller Band: After the larger band is in place, thread the smaller band through the bottom holes and secure it onto the corresponding wedges.

Finally fold the two sides and bring the larger band to the opposite side where we have slot for it
