A simple spur gear fidget you can spin endlessly and watch how depending on which gear you spin the other gear will either spin faster or slower.

Brim: Maybe on smallest gear

Heads-Up:
The small gear's hole may print slightly undersized so i recommend adding +0.1-0.125 hole expansion for smoother turning.
I recommend printing the gears in separate colors to give them more contrast and make the fast and slow motion easier to see.
