2026/04/17 update: Please note that this is for the US model. It will not fit a European power brick.
I got a new soldering iron as a gift, and it came with a case for the iron and some tips, but no case for the wall plug, charging cable, and hot insert tools. So I took inspiration from the Gridfinity rugged case and made my own. Please note that this is a custom size and, despite its familiar appearance, it is not directly compatible with the Gridfinity ecosystem.
To complete this assembly, you will need:
1x Bottom
1x Top
2x Latch
6x M3x40 screws
I printed this in PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, and 15% gyroid infill. Note that there is text to call out which hot insert tool is which, but with a 0.4mm nozzle it is entirely illegible. Whoops.
