I made a 3D printed support for two male and two female XLR panel jacks, many standard ones fit with mounting screws on a 19X24mm rectangle. I cut BNC cables in half and wired them to the jacks. I used 4-40 hardware with hexagonal holes in back to hold the nuts. The analyzer rubber feet fit in the base solidly. Performance is about the same as unbalanced, using a short snake cable as jumpers. DMX terminators can be used for unused inputs.
This was printed with Hatchbox PETG. Prusament PETG settings were used.
