Mochi Mini ITX Case V3

Introducing the revamped Mochi Mini ITX Case V3, a completely redesigned project based on:

This new iteration emphasizes modularity, featuring multiple sections that can be printed and stacked through the innovative mochi_itx_case_v3_mid_panel section.

The source STEP file is included if you want to remix it.

New/Improved Features

• Completely redesigned: this new version offers improved and simplified design while ensuring easy assembly and functionality.

• Modular structure: the case's modular design allows for various sections to be printed, offering flexibility in configuration. Customize your setup by stacking them as needed (e.g. a bottom section for HDDs or a bigger GPU).

• Mid panel section: provides passthroughs for SATA cables and PCI express risers.

• Low-profile GPU slot

• Threaded inserts mounts

• SSD adapter included

Build Notes

You'll need at least:

• a mini-ITX motherboard, with CPU and RAM

• a low-profile CPU cooler

• NVMe and/or SSD storage (the adapter uses the low-profile GPU slot)

• I/O shield

• a low-profile GPU or iGPU

• a Pico PSU (the 90W one for my hardware, but YMMV)

• a 12V/2.5A power brick (depending on the Pico PSU)

• an ATX power button (12mm wide)

• 11 M3 screws & threaded inserts (8mm recommended, to avoid overlaps with the motherboard)

• some fine mesh (metal or fabric) for dust filtering on the ventilation holes

Print Settings

• Rafts: no

• Supports: no

• Resolution: 0.2mm

• Infill: 25%

• Filament: PETG/PCTG/ABS (due to internal case temperature)

Beware of possible warping.
