I utilize @BeaRes' Floppydisk Filament Sample:
as my method for cataloging my filament sample inventory. I wanted an easy way to store all my different samples in a gridfinity-compatible tray. This tray is based on a 1x4 gridfinity tray. I currently have 55 of the Floppydisk's in this tray and there's still room for more. This method makes it easy to see all my various filaments in one spot and quickly choose the right color for my next project.
(4-16-2026 Update): I have expanded my filament collection; so I can now attest that this tray can hold up to 73 samples! (There is still room to spare, and I will update as my collection grows and I test out the max capacity of this tray!)
