This deckbox was designed due to some issues I had with the friction fit of my previous deck box designs loosening over time. I based the rough shape on the Ultimate Guard Boulder and designed it to fit a double sleeved commander deck with a little bit of extra room for tokens. The fit is pretty snug off the bed on both my Core One and BambuLab P1S, so I would highly recommend that you open and close the the box a few times before putting your cards in it.
The box is designed to be very difficult to open by pulling directly up on the upper half. To attach or remove the lid, pivot the top half backwards. This will allow you to open the box much more easily than pulling straight up. I have never had any issues when printing the box out of PLA, but have had some mixed results when printing out of ABS and other filaments that tend to shrink significantly as they cool. You may need to mess with your horizontal expansion in the slicer for non-PLA filaments
I've been using this box for well over a year now without any failures to this point. It's strong enough that I can stand on it without breaking it when printed out of PLA, so it should protect your cards in most realistic circumstances where damage is a concern
