I needed to install a wireless router inside the boat to connect few devices.
It is not a very large boat and I did not want to make more holes in the fiberglass, so I decided to take advantage of two curtain retainers that were not in use. During navigation a boat suffer, sometimes, violent impacts and needed something to absorb the vibrations.
Using clothing elastic band and snap fasteners, combined with this 3D printed piece, the problem seems solved.
I have used ASA for other pieces on the outside of the boat, but I have used PLA for this piece, which will always be protected from the sun.
